The achievement of world-class quality and reliability requires a determined focus on the understanding and reduction of variation in key characteristics. We should understand the level of variation to expect from processes, and we must be able to reduce the variation when required. The importance of estimating variation and controlling it cannot be overemphasized.

C. No, we need more information to know if day 9 was abnormal or not.
D. Yes, he’s your boss and can ask about most anything.

The sound is very low on the videos I have watched so far. I have changed the settings several times and and have tried other videos but these ones are very very low.
Hi Francis,
Be sure to check the sound volume settings with the video itself, you computer or device, and the headset or speakers themselves sometimes have volume settings.
The sound is plenty loud for me, with moderate volume setting on my headset, and relatively low setting on my system –
If you have another way to connect a speaker, headset, ear buds, etc. maybe that will provide enough volume, if the various settings don’t do the trick.
