The Journal of Quality provides a dynamic environment for the dissemination of research, new concepts and ideas and best practices in all areas related to quality. We publish high quality peer-reviewed papers appealing to an international audience of researchers, students, professional advisers and practitioners.
We are not tied to any one philosophy, just that we encourage interdisciplinary, multi-sector debate. The papers we publish will cover all aspects of product and service quality, plus the growing field of social responsibility including environmental impact and corporate standards of conduct.
Scope
The editorial panel intends the Journal of Quality to be a source of excellence both for academics and practitioners. We seek contributors from a wide variety of backgrounds. We welcome papers from historians, sociologists and psychologists as well as from the more traditional areas of the physical sciences, engineering and managements. Practicing professionals are encouraged to submit papers alongside academics.
