Welcome to Accendo Reliability which focuses on learning the art and craft of reliability engineering. For this site I am providing a blog regarding electronics testing with the primary focus being semiconductor test. The Testing 123 blog takes a tutorial approach by describing building blocks of test with the goal of providing a foundation for the more complex tasks that you may be asked to assess at work. I am a semiconductor test expert and I have 30 years’ experience as an engineer and technical leader.  With 25+ years in the semiconductor test industry I honed my expertise in test technology at Intel Corporation.  I founded The Engineers’ Daughter in 2015 to consult on semiconductor testing and to coach engineers.

I can work with you to improve your test approaches or advice on how to test new technologies.

I have 20+ years at Intel where I focused on bringing new test technologies to ease manufacturing test costs while maintaining or improving test coverage.  I became passionate about finding defects from my job experience at IBM.  I assisted in evaluating the first application of Weighted Random Patterns (a precursor to Logic BIST). For my PhD studies at Carnegie Mellon University I executed one of the first defect based looks at analog fault modeling.  Since then I have focused on defect based test approaches on memory, IO circuits and analog circuits.  You can learn more about me from my LinkedIn Profile, feel free to connect with me there.

In addition, I write short posts from my own engineering career that illustrate the craft side of engineering. I created a blog site www.engineersdaughter.org for which I write and I am currently seeking others to write.
