Barringer Process Reliability Online Course
“Your factory on a page”
BPR is a novel production evaluation methodology developed by Paul Barringer. Reliability Analysis is often complex and requires a lot of data. On the contrary, the BPR method only requires production records and can provide a management team with simple yet rigorous KPIs relating to asset performance. All this is on one sheet of paper, avoiding tedious report reading for busy managers.
This course is geared toward managers and production analysts who need to make rapid yet robust decisions on production improvement and revenue-increasing strategies.
Reliability Engineering fundamentals relating to BPR are clearly explained. And all calculations and visual representations can be done using the SuperSMITH® software.

André-Michel is an excellent instructor. When we worked together, he was able to explain the methods and results of his calculations so that our project team members and business partners left the meeting fully understanding the reliability concepts, how to utilize the results and how to make business decisions from the results.
